For the past couple of years I dealt with the frustration of my teeth not resting properly when closing my mouth. I previously had some extensive dental work done but afterwards my teeth were not in alignment when eating or resting naturally. When I mentioned this to my dentist he ground off some tooth but could not find a problem. The issue continued with my jaws stressed and often sore. I went to another dentist and he could not find the problem either and told me it happens with age.

Dr. Rick Schwartz was working on my jaw during an appointment. I had not mentioned this to him before as I never thought it was a joint issue. It was not until after I left his office and was driving back to work that I suddenly realized that my mouth was relaxed and my teeth were resting naturally in my mouth with no more tension in my jaw.
